Absolutely excellent staff, and a lovely hotel in Beitou. However the rooms are starting to show its age as it opened in 2010 - e.g. I observed some stains on the doors in my room. Conveniently located in the touristy part of Beitou, near the library and steps away from a 7-Eleven if you need anything at night.

Love the onsen. The staffs are very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is superb. Very clean room & the beds are very comfy.

Very beautifully designed Japanese themed hotel. Very good hot spring bath facilities. Very good breakfast. Staff good service and friendly. Highly recommended.

It is near to MRT. Overall the hotel hardware is good, but In room onsen is a bit small. Counter staff has no smile and is not very helpful, other staff is friendly but in general very hard sell. Breakfast is just so so. I saw comments saying dinner is a must try item. Dinner tastes ok but is not value for money.
