Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service was convenient and easy to access. The room was spacious and clean. My kids loved it. The hotspring was comfortable and relaxing.

This is the second time I have stayed here. I love the private hot spring in the room. The check-in time listed is inconvenient and the place needs a little TLC and perhaps some solutions to its predominantly windowless dark feel. In the end you get what you pay for. They are trying to offset their location with a pretty swanky shuttle to the metro station. That would have been good to know when the reservation was made as getting there with luggage on a 40° day could have been avoided and added another star to their service score.

The two double-bed room was very big and it situates near sight seeing spots.
With shuttle bus service fetching the hotel and the metro but make sure you could make a local call to request for the ride of returning to hotel.

The hotel is situated at a considerable distance from the MRT station; however, the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel adds a level of convenience for guests. Additionally, its location is within walking distance of the Thermal Valley, making it easily accessible. One limitation is that the room lacks a window, which may result in a stuffy atmosphere, especially after enjoying a hot spring bath.

Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff and good services! The in room hot spring is amazing, and private. PS, the walls are not really sound proof, so you may hear some sound from other rooms, not so sure it’s good or bad though lol.

A perfect place if you want peace with a hot spring environment. The hotel provides transport between the hotel & the train station as it's far & walking upslope. I love the peacefulness & my private personal hot spring bath. The room is clean & spacious with all the necessary amenities.
