We chose the perfect hotel for our week-long family vacation. The location couldn't be better. It was right across Ximending Night Market. Glad it was just across and not in the middle of the night market. It was a bit chaotic over there. Another good surprise was that Animate (my son's favorite anime merchandise store) was right across (not even 30 steps away, I think) the hotel entrance. It was also convenient to have a 7-11 on the ground floor. Security wasnothing to worry about because you need a keycard to go to the guest room floors. I really liked the design of the hotel. As you can tell from the photos, the design is very chic and modern. I also appreciated the 24h coffee and lounge access. Breakfast was nice too. Wish they served it until 11am. My son, who likes to sleep in, missed breakfast everyday. 😄 The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even took time to Google my questions about some vegetables served at breakfast that I've never seen before. I also commend their housekeeping staff. We turned down their offer for a clean up but they asked if we at least wanted our towels changed (which we did.) Water pressure and temperature was very good. Wish there was more light in the bathrooms, though. Another thing that would've helped was if we each had our own key cards. We were 3 people but only had 2 keys. My son was out with one key so I couldn't go to the laundry room because our other key was in the card slot to have power in the room. Minor inconveniences though but still excellent overall. We are definitely staying here again if we ever come back to Taiwan!

Not too bad a hotel in terms of breakfast taste and service attitude from the customer service team. Got a spooky experience in my room so it affected the mood of the whole experience.

It was raining heavily when we checked out. Hotel staff helped us hail a taxi. He was drenched yet helped with a great attitude. Awesome! Thank You!!

Great location!! Just 3mins away from the subway station and 5 mins away from the night market which is super awesome! There are multiple massage places downstairs so its convenient to get a foot massage after dinner! Its also super clean and serves some free snacks at the lobby area. The only thing is that its gonna cost you to make local phone calls at the hotel room. Didnt quite make sense to me as those were simply local calls but it was just minimal costs so generally speaking, its a great hotel!

Love the location which is at the Ximending area and in front of the subway exit, convenient to roam till late at night. However disappointed upon finding out the room we stay due to the lack of details upon booking. It was advertised as room with window but not able to open. But in fact it is a small window (around 60cm? Width) facing the next building window hence need to close it all the time. Perhaps it would be better to know ahead that this is a room without window or view to avoid disappointment. Bed is firm and size of the room is good. Design of toilet and shower area is good but the choice of tiles could be better to avoid mold which is apparent at the shower area. Breakfast spread is decent and healthier choice kind.

I was quite lost on which hotels to choose from as there are many different type of hotels in Taipei. I’m glad that I chosen JustSleep hotel in Ximending. It was a great stay for me, the room is spacious, amenities are well-provided, high wifi speed, delicious breakfast and most importantly is the bed and pillow is so comfortable to sleep on .. it’s really worth its name “JustSleep”. I will recommend this to friends or families travelling (it’s kids friendly hotel too). Will choose this hotel again for my next stay!

Excellent locations. Many small shops around the hotels! Staffs were helpful! The room was clean and everything worked fine! Good for first time travelers to Taipei!🤩🤩😀

The location is very convenient… below the hotel there is a 7-11, few bus stops and a metro station nearby too… There is not much of a view from my room but the cleanliness of the room is satisfactory The staff was pretty helpful when we went to the counter a few times to enquire and their attitude towards us was nice The hotel has washing machine and dryer so they do provide detergent for you to wash your clothes however they do have limited amount of machine so do note have to wait if there is high volume of people washing Overall i would say it was a good stay at this hotel 🥰

Got free coffee 24hrs at lobby. Snacks during the noon. Breakfast can be improved as varieties are limited. There’s also complimentary laundry services. Location is good, Ximending is just across the street. Below there’s a small 7-1. I would want to come back and stay here again.

Saw pretty good reviews and booked this hotel. Was overall pleased with the cleanliness. Location wise was also ok, take Exit 5 from Ximen station. as we came with two huge luggage, we had to take the lift at Exit 6 instead. The layout and design is modern with some clever touches of functionality as well. Reccomended! Breakfast spread is also decent to start the day.

Great and comfy room! Receptionist and hotel staffs were helpful. Plus points are the washing machine & dryer services. It's really cool!

Super convenient. Few min walk to Ximen TRA, Ximending street and red house. Customer service and room cleaner are very polite. Provide free coffee at the lobby and free early check in luggages. Room are clean, separate toilet and shower room.
