Receptionist very well versed and prompt service about my cancellation and re booking of room night due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure you locked your room when you are in the room due to the the room design of toilet with clear glass door and situated at the entrance of the room. Cleanliness needs improvement and we are unlucky to have a room with air conditioning problem.

和朋友相約到太原看展，慕名訂了萬豪，提前打電話要求安排風景好的房間，前台貼心升級到了16樓。酒店坐擁中心，俯瞰繁華，白天熙熙攘攘，車水馬龍，晚上燈火輝煌，璀璨奪目，房間設施齊全，現代智能，全自動窗簾，感應馬桶一應俱全。禮賓彬彬有禮，客房服務員細緻貼心，知道我們愛喝茶特意多備了幾瓶水，送水果的服務員也温良謙恭，beyond the expectation , It is absolutely a sanctuary among the hustle and bustle.

酒店設施非常新，設計感也不錯，行政酒廊的服務好，酒店所處位置去哪裡都方便。早餐種類不夠豐富，住的第一晚朝北有點吵，酒店服務人員與經理給協調了一下，第二晚新的房間就沒有問題了。整體入住體驗還是不錯的。

抱着試試的態度入住的，因為頭晚住的滿意，儘管漲價了依然又續住了一晚，早餐不錯，品種豐富，大堂安保小哥哥熱情周到有禮貌～
發現了一個小問題，第一天關了推拿門睡覺，沒有啥感覺，第二天睡覺忘了關推拿門，隔壁關門好吵，不知道是客人文明程度欠佳，還是隔音效果不理想～
