The hotel has been constantly updated, and the hotel lobby is very grand with six elevators. 3. The hotel management team attaches great importance to service quality and creates a living environment for travelers. 4. The customer service department launched the "Enjoy Your Heart" service, which is considerate and provides six kinds of snacks or services every day (Figure 8). 5. The breakfast restaurant has a lot of quality, good taste, and first-class service. I would like to specially praise Brother Wang Chuangping. Seeing that I was holding a child, he took the initiative to serve me and sent the food to my seat. He also patiently introduced various snacks and recommended Lihua Tou Nao.

The service is really great. I would like to praise the hotel sales manager Zhao Xia. She contacted me before I checked in and asked about my needs and met them one by one. The service of the whole hotel is very online, friendly and warm. The service staff of the breakfast in the VIP building on the second floor is also very good. A young man named Gao, whose full name I forgot, was very enthusiastic. He also taught me how to eat brains. The introduction was very detailed. I learned pastry. I hope I remembered the name correctly. I will stay here again when I go to Taiyuan.
