In addition, the hotel also provides a gym and a breakfast restaurant. Service: The service quality is very good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and can solve guests' problems in time. The hotel also provides breakfast service, which is rich in variety and tastes good, providing convenience for guests. Geographical location: Anshan West Road has convenient transportation, and there are restaurants, supermarkets and other living facilities around it, as well as Tianjin's Internet celebrity breakfast shops, which are convenient for guests to shop and eat. Based on the principle of objectivity and fairness, I would like to make an evaluation of the Atour Hotel in Anshan West Road last night: 1. Because I arrived late (about 22:30), I communicated with the front desk about the parking location (the ground parking lot next to the hotel is not the hotel's cooperative parking lot, but the underground shopping mall 50 meters away). The girl at the front desk took the initiative to go outside the hotel (my car was parked at the door of the hotel) to guide me, and I quickly found the parking location, which should be praised. 2. After arriving in the room, I was about to take the remote control from the bedside table, and found a short hair (visually estimated to be a man's hair) on the bed sheet between the pillow and the bedside table. I wanted to pick it up, but when I got closer, I found that there were some debris on the bed sheet (should be the stratum corneum of the skin). I checked again and found that there were long, curly women's hair on the quilt cover (the hair was a little yellow). I immediately became suspicious. Looking at the other bed (the twin room I booked), it was obviously caused by the original guest not changing the bedding after checking out. So I quickly contacted the front desk. 3. A few minutes later, another front desk staff member came to the room, took a few photos of the hair, pulled back the quilt and showed us the bed sheets and quilt covers that the original guest had slept on. He acknowledged the fact that the housekeeping depar**ent had not changed the bed sheets and quilt covers, and explained that there were only three staff members cleaning the rooms in the hotel, so they were too busy. Now (about 22:55) the housekeeping depar**ent had all gone off work, and the room was full today, so they could not change the room. They could only change a set of bedding for us. We said okay, let’s change it. 4. The front desk staff went back and forth to find the sheets for about 10 minutes, and my wife also helped to change them. During the change, I asked the housekeeping depar**ent if there was anyone on duty. At this time, they replied that the housekeeping manager was sleeping. We felt that this was a mistake made by the housekeeping depar**ent and that the housekeeping depar**ent should handle the change. The front desk said to contact her. After a few minutes, a lady in casual clothes (see the picture later) came to the room. Without a word of apology or any communication, she began to change the quilt cover in silence. The housekeeping manager was indeed more professional than us and the front desk in changing the sheets and quilt covers. When she came, the efficiency increased several times. It was already 23:15 at this time. We were very exhausted. I calmly asked the housekeeping manager Sister Hu (or Sister Wu, as the front desk called her). I said that Atour is a professional hotel management company, and is very professional and serious in the training and management of employees and managers. This situation should not happen. Before check-in, a supervisor or manager should check the room. Only qualified rooms can be considered qualified rooms if they meet the standards in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Only qualified rooms can allow guests to check in with confidence. Didn’t you do the corresponding inspection? Sister Hu remained silent. This is the situation. When I came to Tianjin, I chose this Atour hotel, which is in the city center. The transportation is very convenient and there are many restaurants outside. The children at the front desk were very enthusiastic and gave me souvenirs, which was a surprise. The breakfast was also rich and the children liked it very much. It was very convenient to wash clothes and dry them quickly. The bedding was clean and the cleaning lady was also very polite. I was very happy and had a five-star experience! Recommended to everyone!

The room is small and smelly. The window is just a small hole in the wall. The outside is blocked by billboards, which makes the ventilation very poor. I have never seen such a bad Atour hotel.

The front desk service is very good, which makes guests feel at ease and satisfied. The environment is good, there are many snacks and delicacies around, and the facilities are smart.

The room is nice, the service is very good, and the breakfast is very rich, but the floors are a bit short.
