房間（這是這家酒店最貴房型了）隔音不好，尤其是浴室那，衹要樓上有人用水，極其吵鬧。內部開門處極其危險，門鏈處有螺絲突出，非常鋒利，易傷手，成年人都一下子劃開（有小孩的注意開門）。房間有蟑螂，處理不及時，我第二次自已找到才過來處理。行政效率低下，下午兩點半叫的打掃，催了三次到近七點才來打掃，且有兩天不是專業的打掃人員打掃。以下附圖傷手處圖及蟑螂圖，不知道能不能附上吵鬧的錄音。手機是遊戲手機，拍的照片不是特寫實。傷口遇水即重新現水，灑店無處理。

強烈推薦給大家，陸羽酒店是一家非常好的酒店！值得信賴！大年初三凌晨1：00，我媽媽因阿爾斯海默症走失，我人生地不熟，酒店老闆給了我們很大的幫助，幫我在酒店查監控，協助民警查找，又開車帶着我和我爸爸在天門各大街道查找，直到天亮，分文不取。大過年您所做的一切讓我感到無比温暖和感動。非常感激您對我的幫助，將永遠銘記在心。也祝天門陸羽酒店龍騰九霄，紅紅火火，更上一層樓！🌹

酒店位置很好，門口就是綠樹成蔭的廣場，空氣新鮮，房間很乾凈，服務員都很熱情，感覺如家人一般熱情，👍酒店藝術氣息很濃，很多書畫家的作品。

房間新裝修，乾淨衞生整潔，設施齊備，大床房床大舒適，有窗，並且還是語音智能客控，晚上睡覺也很安靜。酒店後面有美食節，商業街，不遠處有陸羽廣場，有西湖，茶經樓，博物館，體育館等，吃、逛都很方便，住了兩晚，攜程，**各訂一晚，價格也很優秀，非常適合入住，下次還住這裏。
