The facilities are passable, but location is not the most continent. The public bath was fun but crowded. I wouldn't choose it for its location.

The hotel itself is in a very quiet place. There are no noisy bars in a street. But there are a lot of places to drink and eat something on nearest streets. Except maybe breakfasts. Every day it was a quest for us to find anything in the morning. We didn’t buy breakfast in the hotel and did it only in check-out date, but breakfast was poor (but tasty).
Hotel’s location is very comfortable. There are at least 4 metro stations from which you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are a lot of shopping malls near it also.

The service is very bad. I waited 30 mins to collect back my luggage without any help. Wouldn’t book this hotel next time.

5分給交通，確實很方便；1分給設施，真的太吵了！這次去住了五個晚上，花費是一千左右的房間，1.4米的床，箱子都無法平放展開的面積，竟然被噪音吵到頭疼！有一説一，前臺中文小哥（可能是經理）第一天晚上入住的時候給我們分到的10層電梯隔壁的房間，吵到不行！因為實在太累了，隊友説讓換的時候就説算了算了，懶着折騰；第二天去了迪斯尼一天，想到還要收拾換房間，決定再忍，本來也就是一晚上睡覺的事；第三天下午回來想要好好的午休，被吵到腦袋爆炸，嗡嗡嗡的聲音太大了，根本不可能是中央空調傳來的；實在忍不住就下去找前台要求調查和換房；前台態度還是很好的，説是樓上洗衣房洗衣機的聲音，本來説給我去買耳塞忍一忍第二天有房了再給換？這是在測試我的底線嗎？？？果斷拒絕後，等了一會就有房了，換到了9層，噪音果然小了很多，但是安靜下來的依然能清晰的聽到有節奏的嗡嗡聲。算了，就當是家裡開空調帶來的噪音好了。
天吶，這個酒店啥都好，地理位置好很多條線步行可達，頂層的小泡池，免費的小冰激凌（孩子最愛），屋內的按摩器，服務細節真的到位了，但是聲音敏感的各位，真的不能住高層房間，因為洗衣機在11層，真的共振起來噪音要命了。

酒店位置靠近地鐵站，附近還有多間便利店，出入很方便。需要提醒一下的是，如何要坐地鐵到成田機場，需要到另一個站點換乘。最重要是安靜衞生，很滿意👍。
