can not check in after 10PM. No prior notification during booking. Paid but did not got the room.

I don't think the structure can be defined as a ryokan, it is simply a spacious room with tatami mats and you sleep on the futon. Location of the property close to the metro and in a very quiet area. Room quite clean and equipped with fridge and kettle. We would have liked to ask to leave our luggage a few hours after checkout but there was no one at reception and anyone can enter the structure, you don't need keys to access or go up to the rooms.
