The service is excellent. The room is spacious and the cleanliness is very good. The garden is so nice and unique.

The location is the most convenient one but still close to many tourist spots and city centre. Nice garden, polite staff, good food and cozy environment. Will visit this hotel again next time.

The garden of this hotel is magnificent... This is a top quality of high-end hotel , hotel staff are friendly n super helpful . The location is absolutely convenient if you drive. Free parking is available. The room size is huge and everything is so clean. We will definitely return to this hotel in our future visit.

Good hotel for business travel. Gym very basic, but room was good. Breakfast was a real highlight.

The staff were very friendly :) I felt like a little consideration was given, so my impression of the hotel was very good. It was a little confusing at first because the hotel has many connecting passageways, but the garden was very pretty and I made a lot of good memories!

As an old hotel, the New Otani has impeccable service, rooms, location, and dining. I am very satisfied with it and will still be my first choice when I come to Tokyo in the future. I highly recommend the breakfast satuki. I also booked lunch at Sekishin-tei in advance. The taste and view are also amazing! I was in a hurry this time, so I didn't experience the sky bar on the top floor. There is also afternoon tea. I will experience it next time. The only thing that needs to be improved is the smell in the room. I guess the previous guests may be Europeans, Americans or Indians. The curry smell is always there. The hotel is a little lacking in deodorizing this room. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The breakfast was delicious. The garden in the hotel was beautiful. I personally felt that the access was poor, so I always used taxis. The hotel was spacious and there was even a pharmacy, which was helpful. There were a lot of foreigners.

Service and rooms are very good, especially the hotel courtyard

The location of the hotel is very good. Just outside the tower is the subway entrance, and after passing the elevated highway is a food and drink street. The location in the city center is quite big. The service is very friendly and the facilities are OK. I will choose here again next time I come to Tokyo

The hotel is in the Akasaka area. It has a very beautiful Japanese garden. There are two subway lines nearby. It is very convenient to go to Ginza Shibuya. There is a food street opposite the hotel and the Japanese cuisine is very good.
