非常差的一次體驗，工作人員非常不專業！對客户訂單內容也不清楚，和前台交代的事情估計也沒交接。最可氣的是定了兩天房，第二天早晨就出門了，下午回來後房間居然沒整理，理由是出門時沒和酒店交代，準備下午四點以後再整理，説是怕打擾客人睡覺！太奇葩了，誰能睡到下午四點再起床啊！酒店二樓是一個足浴店，和酒店共用大堂、電梯，非常混亂，總之太差太差！

酒店太垃圾了，房間面積虛標！！！更本達不到網頁顯示的面積！還騙取消費者積分，通過投訴才得以發放！！！而且還有剋扣積分！處理問題速度特別慢！

衞生：很乾凈，很清新
環境：華住的品牌，設計的很舒服，環境很好
服務：來之前看了其他評論，都説服務好，其實是有一些期待的，但是給了我驚喜，看我們是外地人，前台很熱心的推薦周邊的好吃好玩，幫忙加被子，送東西也很快，臨走的時候送了我們一個他們的特產，很驚喜，這家店我還會再來，推薦給朋友，給你們服務人員點贊，很棒很棒

保持了星程酒店的一貫品質，前台的小姐姐。態度非常的好。主動幫我們升級了房間。還給了早餐券，由於睡過頭了，沒有吃成早餐，無法給出早餐的評價。整體體驗感非常的不錯。房間忘了拍照片。
