We loved our hotel. Went for our anniversary and are so happy we did. Has a cool vintage Hollywood vibe, combined with a super modern vibe too with some cool remote control stuff in the rooms. Would definitely go back!

Pros: The hotel is in a good location, within a five-minute walk of the Toronto CN Tower and Rogers Centre. The room is quite large, and it is not a problem for two adults and two children to stay. You can buy some food and cook. The equipment is complete. There is a Starbucks downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a large 24-hour supermarket on the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. Cons: Full self-service check-in, no cleaning. You have to wash your own towels and take out the trash yourself. Overall, it is worth staying

Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.
Excellent locations, few minutes walk from train station to Airport and Roger Center.
Staff very helpful to give us early check in.
Breakfast is very basic and usually very crowded but restaurant staff did their best to arrange seating.
The room was large and clean, and the transportation was very convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Union Station. The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a fire alarm during the stay, but fortunately it was just a false alarm.
The reason for choosing Ritz is to value service. But I think Ritz Toronto didn't do that! Ritz discriminates in room arrangement! When I first stayed for two nights, I was assigned to the 10th floor. I was not satisfied and asked for a higher one. I was changed to the 17th floor! As a result, when I checked in again two days later, I was assigned to the 7th floor! I was speechless! And knowing that I had just checked in a few days ago, I wonder if guests are used to it! The most unacceptable thing is that when I left, I asked the concierge to help me move my luggage into the car. I also prepared a tip. As a result, the concierge was extremely unenthusiastic. I reminded him several times but he didn't move. He moved one for every one my friend moved! He even wanted a tip. Where does his confidence come from!
The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels.
The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received.
Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.
Very good hotel, trendy and stylish, with sophisticated facilities, very comfortable bedding, the whole hotel is filled with the smell of perfume, I don't want to leave here, it's very close to Chinatown, it's convenient to travel, the Japanese food next door is highly recommended!

Great
RRobertGreat hotel, comfortable quiet room, very friendly helpful staff. At time of writing, main dining room is closed and the breakfast + room service is pricey and a bit inconsistent. Overall highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe room was reasonably sized and spacious, with amenities like a coffee maker. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the CN Tower, Union Station, and Chinatown. However, the hotel's location on the downtown street made it quite noisy at night, and I could barely sleep with earplugs. Furthermore, the hotel is a newer, self-service establishment, with no staff most of the time, making communication difficult. (For example, I tried to request a quieter room, but ultimately failed.)
The video shows the room and downstairs, around 11 PM.
