We visited Gross Schwansee in February 2023 and the weather was really lousy. That's maybe the reason why we were not so enamoured. Our room in the new build part of the hotel was very nice with balcony, a big bathroom and separate WC. The room was big and very quiet. So far, so good. Unfortunately, because the weather was bad, we looked for a room where we could spend some time. We were refered to the room by the fireplace in the actual Schloss. But the fire was not on, the room was not heated. The lobby in the Schloss was equally uncomfortable because too cold. The Schloss restaurant was closed at this period. The Brasserie was open which is a nice restaurant in a beautifully renovated stable building. However, the prices for food and drink (a glass of wine cost 8.20 Euro!!) was too high. The atmosphere on the whole was quite cold in the place, not only the temperature in the main Schloss building. Also, there is not much can do in the area when the weather is bad. Wismar was a disappointment. I suppose that summer must be wonderful as the natural beaches are beautiful.

Ein so wunderschönes Hotel unweit des Meeres. Eine Oase der Harmonie und Ruhe. Ideal zum Seele baumeln lassen. Das Essen, die Küche. Nichts zu bemängeln. Frau Schröder die Ges chäftsführerin und die ganze Crew. Alle bieten vollen Einsatz mit Lächeln. Es war toll. Ich komme wieder.♥️

Das Schlossgut Gross Schwansee hat weit unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und großzügig eingerichtet, in der Brasserie gibt es jeden Abend tolle Gerichte aus aller Welt und den besten Kartoffelsalat, den ich in der letzten Zeit essen durfte :-) Das Personal ist einfach sooooo freundlich, liebenswert und höflich. Wir haben sie alle in unser Herzen geschlossen. Deshalb ist der Aufenthalt im Schlossgut rundum perfekt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht natürlich an Frau Schröder. Mit Ihrer sehr positiven Art hat sie einen großen Beitrag dazu geleistet, dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon drauf.

Wir waren zum Essen in der Brasserie. Toller, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und leckeres, regionales Essen. Die Direktorin nahm sich sogar spontan Zeit uns einige Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail im ganzen Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren schon öfter dort, aber diesmal definitiv zum letzten Mal. Das Essen war einfach nur schlecht und völlig lieblos angerichtet. Das Personal ist unzureichend koordiniert und läuft hilflos herum. Für die Hotelleitung ist Freundlichkeit ein Fremdwort -seht euch die Antworten auf weniger Gute Bewertungen an! Anstatt ein Feedback anzunehmen, werden die Gäste verbal angefahren. Das zeichnet nicht gerade eine gute Führungspersönlichkeit aus. Vor allem wenn man im Dienstleistungsgewerbe tätig ist. Einfach nur schade, was aus dem ehemals gutem Haus mit netten Gastgebern geworden ist.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage und nette Zimmer. Direkt am Naturstrand gelegen- herrlich Leider ist der Service miserabel. Das Personal wirkt überfordert und ist dementsprechend nicht aufmerksam und nett. Das Essen ist eine Zumutung. Mittlerer Kantinenstandard. Am Buffet sind die meisten Gerichte aus der Dose. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht. Für den hohen Preis erwarte ich definitiv mehr

Super Service. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Abend mit Ronny Siewert war ein kulinarischer Hochgenuss. Ich hoffe es wird nicht der einzige bleiben. Zudem muss ich noch anfügen, dass die Küchen-Crew um den Chefkoch, einem Sternekoch um nicht nachsteht. Fabelhafte Küche.
