The room is pretty good. The hotel doesn't look very impressive from the outside, but the room is clean and comfortable. It's suitable for business trips. The restaurant opposite is great.

The staff is very professional and friendly. Value for money is very good for Milan.

The front desk worker ask pay for extra fee for 2nd person to stay in my room, I paid for it but front desk worker doesn’t send clear info to housekeepers so at beginning three days we didn’t have enough towels ,sanitizer & blankets, especially when we check out I have questions about additional charge but the worker was very impatient to answer me, until now I still don’t understand why there is 20 eur charge for?

Good hotel, nice rooms, terrible food..go to a restaurant if you need to have an evening meal

10 minute car trip from the closest metro. Air con wasn’t on within the building, it was quite stuffy inside.

Loved staying at this hotel! The staff is so helpful and welcoming! They even scheduled my taxi back to airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Area is not what I thought too far from Milan we stayed as we thought there was airport transfer free and near to San Siro neither of which were true. Good staff spa and shower
