The penthouse was big and spacious, small little hotel with a very small pool that looks more like a jacuzzi location was terrible the back view is a abandoned construction, there’s only dirt road full of holes to get there, I will never staying there again

Terrible dusty pothole ridden roads around the place. They didn’t have extra blankets. Place itself is lovely, however.

We really enjoyed our stay in Strabon tulum. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel building and room was exactly like in photos and the whole place was clean and tidy. Very good quality to cost ratio and higly recommended!

I stayed at room 201, toilet flusher won’t work properly and the guy at the concierge told me “to open and fix it, it’s easy. If you can’t fix that then we can send someone.”
Also, I paid $13 extra for breakfast and they only served 2 pieces of toast bread 1 butter 1 strawberry jam, fruit, coffee and juice.
Personally I don’t eat fruit in the breakfast. I prefer an egg but it’s extra cost.
There is no cover at the balcony door for mosquitoes.
Housekeepers are nice and clean %100
But concierge and management is weak.
