It was a really nice place to stay, a little bit out of town but well connected with taxis. I think it would be beautiful in summer with all the grape vines near it.

第一，酒店在攜程的設施服務中的清潔服務裏明確有洗滌用具，卻在洗衣房不提供洗衣液。住過這麼多帶洗衣房的酒店，這是第一家讓旅客自己自備洗衣液的！因為是先去甘肅再去新疆，所以專門找了帶洗衣房的酒店，結果酒店洗衣房不提供洗衣液？酒店的女經理在明確不提供洗衣液的前提下特意把洗衣房的洗衣液拿走，是怕住客偷你的價值連城的洗衣液嗎？
第二酒店的花灑都是壞的，大花灑根本不出水，小花灑噴出來像水槍，快捷酒店的淋浴也沒這麼破吧？一洗澡下水就堵住！
第三酒店位置很偏，雖然吐魯番不大，但酒店附近根本沒吃的，在吐魯番就玩一兩天的請選擇距離市中心更近的吧，這個酒店旁邊就是個建材市場！

前台的美女妹妹服務態度很好，認真負責，保潔沒把房間打掃乾淨，門口一堆未收走的臟毛巾，房間地板粘粘的沾鞋子，灑的飲料，應該是保潔偷懶沒清潔地板，告訴前台後，前台妹妹説保潔已經下班，很晚了，忙完前台的事情，自己拿個拖把過來把房間地板拖了一遍，非常認真負責。

由於路途遠，很晚到了酒店，酒店忘了我下的單，不過酒店立馬給我調劑了一個房間 ，速度也快，工作人員熱情，老闆服務態度很好，早餐也不錯，住宿環境真心不錯，下次還來在他們家入住。
