前台職員很好，酒店沒有電梯，職員協助搬行李箱走一條長樓梯上房間，裝修過的酒店很乾淨，床睡得舒服，一泊二食，很好的入住體驗

緊急預定, 看見酒店照片, 誤會房內有獨立沖涼, 實際並沒有
但酒店提供50分鐘獨立浸浴, 有3種大浴池選擇, 又有公家大浴場可選擇, 美肌之湯確實很好
一泊兩食, 懷石料理晚餐有佐賀牛, 早餐都十分豐富

服務人員非常認真負責的講解酒店的各項設施，肚子太餓了感覺講解時間太長了。朋友6人出行定了三個房間，可能是酒店比較老舊原因入住期間用酒店水壺燒水電跳閘了三次。樓梯比較抖可能對年齡大的不方便。能免費使用私湯非常友好，早餐晚餐都很豐富美味。入住一晚泡了三次澡，温泉水滑滑的太舒服了，以後到嬉野還會利用。

比較傳統的日式温泉酒店，離jr站車距8分鐘左右，需要酒店接送。室內室外温泉都試了，很不錯。晚餐很精緻，質量很好。房間裏有點冷。

新幹線坐到嬉野温泉下，在車站旁的觀光案內所找服務人員打電話給酒店訂接駁車，大概十分鐘酒店就來接了。
酒店裝修很有情調，剛開始在酒店內部有點暈，各種通路很多，逛一圈先搞明白，然後泡湯。嬉野温泉果然名不虛傳！水是清澈透明的，很絲滑，泡完就像塗了身體乳，會渾身冒汗。
酒店晚餐是一道一道上的，擺盤精緻，美味可口，吃得很飽卻不會油膩。早餐也很豐盛。
