Great people, friendly and helpful staff. It was a little far from the trail station but still walkable and far enough away from traffic that we had a very peaceful sleep. Reception desk should be open earlier and stay open later. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at arrival were not very welcoming and also denied us a room stating we didn't have a booking although we had with Trip.com

They have to notify for any policies they have diffirent than other regular hotels. I recommend to accept the guest any time in during the nights.

I very much enjoyed our stay at the Nemea Velizy. It was a family vacation (me, my wife and our 3 year old daughter). The check-in process was quick and efficient, the apar**ent was clean and functional, we didn't use the kitchen but it had all the necessary cooking utensils. We will definitely be back!
