After two weeks of traveling on the North of Italy, staying at 6 different hotels, this one was the best (by far). Lovely accommodation, superb cleaningness, great amenities, perfectly located (few steps from Piazza San Marco), but the best... an extraordinary good service by all the staff.

Quaint hotel with comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. Near Piazza San Marco. Easy access to water taxis. Great nearby restaurants.

Good location. Hotel is outdated but well kept and clean. Staff is great very accommodating. Room on first floor #506 has a lot of traffic 24hours outside. If you are a light sleeper you will have problems. Lots of foot traffic connecting the ally way to main corridor that goes right in-front of the hotel. Does have AC which is great. Just make sure to ask the hotel for instructions from train station to hotel via fairy. Can be confusing.

Nice and cosy, very Venetian. Beautiful rooms, clean and with a view over the church and square. Quiet. Perfect location for local transport and main sights. Close also to the Biennale.

From previous accommodation we had experienced during our 5 week European holiday, and because we could not confirm the exact location of our booked Venice accommodation, we expected another old, hot crammed room but were unexpectedly surprised to be put into a lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location with fantastic views and all functional facilities.

Staff very friendly and helpful we arrived in the middle of the night and service to room was very good the hotel was clean. the food was excellent the hotel was exactly as the the brochure said next to St marks square we left in the middle of night the hotel organized a water taxi back to airport all and all great hotel
