Worst value for money - a true lie! The hotel is new and the design is really good Welcome is ultra poor: start with poor signs to arrive The only roads not well cleaned of snow start 500 meters from hotel Ask support when in need: nope As written room pretty small, but acceptable, wc not separated, fine Spa: this is appalling＞ cannot step in as whole valley kids and families in the pool: worst than a popular park with kids running and shouting- like a hive with no room to swim Restaurant is just average: while waiters do really their utter most to compensate Lift operation OOO: so be patient to reach your room floor External bar closed: cannot find work force Breakfast : you remember having been in Novotel? Just below that level All in all: on catalogue, good product. While all operations are not yet oiled, staff mostly willing and friendly… no single sign of any management… this truly explains why this hotel will be as bad as I write for long

Almost 2 years on from our original planned stay, we finally stayed at the Eringer! We had a lovely stay for my wife's birthday. The hotel is beautiful and the surrounding views are stunning. It helped that there was fresh snow to gaze upon, including a decent down pour whist we were there, which added to the views. The staff were all very friendly in the hotel. We especially appreciated the great service from one of the main bar staff with curly hair (who worked most evenings). The spa was also great and we spent most days in there. Food in the main restaurant was good, service was also decent - although on the Saturday, at almost full occupancy, it did struggle a little. Hopefully, just teething problems. We came not expecting too much, given the issues with our previously planned stays. However, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Yes, there are things that still require improving, but we were there on day 1 of their new season so you would expect most of these things to naturally improve over time. Our only real disappointment was that not everything was open in the hotel (Le Deck, the other restaurant). Whilst appreciating we were there early in the season I did check in to see if everything was fully operational before we travelled. The main thing, would we come back and recommend - I think we would due to the views, decor, spa and friendly staff.

we had a superb weekend. I particularly liked the room and we were able to enjoy the wonderful spa every day. The staff was attentive and we loved the energy of François Marie. we already book for next year, I highly recommend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

If you want to experience the genuine canton du Valais : avoid it ! The location is gorgeous in the Val d'Hérens, but one does not feel local at all.. it was like being somewhere in Haute Savoie in France.. Disappointing to see that even if new, already lots of details are fading.. it gives an impression of badly managed, with very little care of details.... I don't need luxury, but when I book a hotel that claims to be 4* then I expect 4*... Info : the Spa is not part of the hotel, it's public bathes, not even the same company, despite being at the same place. Personally I also faced errors during check-out : they wanted to invoice more than what was confirmed by e-mail.... One positive note : the room was great, clean and we slept well.

Really beautiful setting and hotel, but let down by (what I thought) was pretty amateurish and inexperienced staff. I also had an incident in the garage which the hotel has ignored, so other cars might suffer the same damage: the ceiling is leaking a calcium deposit which is impossible to remove. My emails alerting the hotel to the problem were ignored, as were my numerous phone calls.

Beautiful brand new hotel in thyon. Very nice views and restaurants. Rooms not big but convenient and well done. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lobby/bar is simply amazing. Restaurant is good but still getting into real shape (just opened). Spa not done yet but very curious to see when finished
