Residence Casanova

We stayed in this residence in the central two weeks of August. It was the first time we went to Vieste and we didn't know anything so when booking we went a bit at random. Instead it was a very pleasant surprise. The residence is just outside Vieste and is made up of a central structure (facing the swimming pool) and side buildings. The swimming pool has timetables (also to respect the rest) and is fantastic with a lower part where small children can be calm and free and a slide. All the common areas are tidy, clean and well maintained (my children had a lot of fun at the playground inside the residence with table football, slide, swings, table tennis and trampoline). We were in house no. 18 to the side of the main building and in any case near the swimming pool (living area, two bedrooms, bathroom and outdoor area). The accommodation was fully air conditioned. The spaces are not large but are perfect for holidays. The outdoor space can be closed off with a gate and had a table and benches as well as a sofa and hammock. Upon our arrival, the cottage was spotless. A remote control is supplied with the house keys for autonomy in going out and in by car (there is a parking space inside). The owners Messrs. Rocco and Giuseppe are very kind people and are available, if they can they come to meet you and still respond to any request or doubt. The sea is very close and the partner lido (lido San Lorenzo) is spectacular, the only problem is that to get there from the residence you have to cross a provincial road downhill and then make a bad descent in the pine forest to get down to the beach (downhills which become major uphills when you return), and with two children it is not the best…. but the problem can be more than solved by going by car because the lido also has a parking area for bathers (actually it has two, one for a fee and one free). The only real flaw is the Wi-Fi: poor signal and was often not found. But the signal problem is a problem throughout the town. If we can we will gladly return and in any case we will recommend it.

Paradise Oasis! We stayed 2 weeks in the most beautiful apar**ent of the residence, a two-room apar**ent on the top floor with a spectacular view of Vieste. Mr. Rocco and Giuseppe were wonderful, helpful and very kind, as were the rest of the staff in the facility. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful residence, spending a perfect holiday with our 3 children. Very spacious three-room apar**ent, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace that we used a lot, thanks also to the table, sofa and hammock that made it very functional. Not very large swimming pool but more than enough to relax after a day at the beach and loved by children for its slide. The bay of San Lorenzo, little publicized, is actually a small jewel with crystal clear water, surrounded by a cool pine forest and a restored and functioning trebuchet which can be visited every other day by appoin**ent (an experience that is worthwhile). This beach can be reached from the residence with a pleasant 350m walk. Mr. Rocco and Giuseppe were welcoming and always available; once a week they also organized an amazing dinner for everyone by the pool, cooked with great skill and served with great sympathy. In just 2 km from the residence you can reach the center of Vieste, therefore a truly perfect position because it is out of the chaos but within reach of any service. In the residence waste is differentiated (paper, plastic, glass) but unfortunately wet and undifferentiated end up together in the public bins of the municipality (located just outside the structure); pity we have not yet managed to become a "green" location, Vieste would have all the characteristics given its beauty. We visited various beaches in the area, among the most popular (Manaccora, Vignanotica ...), which have nothing to envy to the beautiful San Lorenzo. We also used the tennis/soccer pitch a lot and the residence's play area (ping pong and table football) every evening. We had a great time, enjoyed and relaxed. Congratulations indeed, with simplicity you do great things. Highly recommended residence!
