"Perfect waiters, very kind receptionists especially Mrs. Angela. Very well-kept hotel, it seems new, terrace view on Pizzo Munno, swimming pool sheltered from the wind. We had a room without sea view but on the swimming pool, perfect. Excellent cleaning, very comfortable beds and perfect sleep, new furniture, modern and efficient. Super breakfast and elegant hall furnishings, with dressed chairs and everything arranged excellently. Quality price, excellent ratio. No complaints to make. For the hotel, unfortunately the towels are replaced even when left hanging as indicated to avoid them being replaced, to reduce environmental impact and save water so precious especially in the area."

"Very disappointing. It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful area, but that’s where the beauty ended. We were there near the end of the season (mid October) and were only one of three people staying. We must’ve been stuck in the worst “rustic cabin”! Cracked walls, no soap in dispensers, broken shower. Then came dinner in the restaurant. Worst meal I’ve ever had in Italy! All deep fried. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the 2 people I saw there. Their wine was just ok."

And the availability at reception of Daniele and other colleagues (the boiler also brought us to the room that is essential for me) in super operational and gentle way. "Situated 5minutes from the beach (the hotel has its own private area) and ten minutes from the old town the hotel is ideally situated. Recently refurbished the rooms were pleasant, light and mist have a small balcony. There are many public areas both inside and out with comfortable seating and some shade outdoors. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The shower is a bit of a problem being much on the small side with switchable water sprays from all directions non of which I considered adequate. The food can best be described as delicious but very expensive. A full dinner would cost in the region of €60 per person plus drinks. We were part of a group and had two included meals which I considered memorable."

"The pictures are fair, the hotel is conveniently located at the foot of the old town, and you can wander the whole place by foot. We took a double room with sea view. The room was nice and clean. Zero luxury. Beds OK. Small shower box but excellent shower. The wi-fi did not work in the master bedroom. We called the manager, and by the way he said he was going to call maintenance “tomorrow” we clearly understood he was aware for the problem, but unwilling to tackle it. Breakfast was fair, overall a good experience. Just be careful because the hotel is on the upper floor of a building so you have quite a steep staircase to go up. No parking on the premises."

"Good morning, beautiful small hotel in the heart of the city. Charmful room, with comfort and modernity, very clean. However, there is a lot to do with breakfast. Three pieces of my bread while in the room there were 7 people !!! When we asked for the possibility of having a little bread, the lady that served us repacked us, explaining that she had put enough to us to rationate. This was also accused us. I then asked a little confection may there was no or ... more... The lady, gently answered me to take nutella ! To finish when I asked for a second cup of coffee, she gently brought it to me, making me realize that it is exceptional and that it was not necessary to abuse too much. I apologised and tasted this coffee as a privileged one."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s set in a beautiful garden and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the simplicity of our standard room. It was traditional and Italian and was spotlessly clean and spacious. It had lots of worktop space for placing our belongings. The bathroom was a good size too, with a hairdryer and a good shower. The room and towels were cleaned daily. Immaculate! Breakfast was lovely - the coffee fantastic and beautiful cakes and pastries, fruit, cheese, meats, eggs, bread etc. The pool was lovely - clean, very quiet and relaxing. There’s also parking within the hotel grounds and the Wi-Fi was good. The hotel’s private beach is directly across the road, which was so convenient! Each room gets a free umbrella and two sunbeds for the whole stay. There’s also a restaurant on the beach, which was really good and also a lovely place to eat or just to have a drink and a gane of cards at the end of the evening. The private beach was beautiful - the sea clean, calm and so warm. Vieste old town itself is about a 25-minute walk along the seafront, then up the hill into the charming old town. It’s absolutely beautiful, with narrow little streets, steps, many restaurants and amazing sea views. We saw the famous Scalinata dell’Amore too and loved the plentiful fish dishes and the orecchiette pasta and local Raffo beer! We hardly saw any foreign tourists while we were there. Only Italians. It made the whole place feel very authentic - we loved it. (The only challenging part of visiting Vieste was the last 50 mins or so of the car journey towards Vieste from Bari - with its very windy road, full of hairpin bends. Not for the faint hearted! This made us think twice about leaving Vieste for day trips.) Excellent value for money. We really loved our time here and would definitely come back. Puglia is beautiful. Highly recommended!"

"Good hotel, clean, with secure parking, not far from the center. You cross the road and you are on the beautiful beach of San Lorenzo. Nice pool area at the hotel. Breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were cold. The restaurant is not recommended, with slow service, quite rude and unprofessional waiter, food without praise and without infamy."
