Had a great stay, front desk was great, gave us an upgrade.
Sevice at breakfast was excellent.

The room was great. The staff was fine, especially in the bistro for breakfast and at the front desk.The person who came in for housekeeping was very nice.
The breakfast was not worth the amount we were billed. Eggs were burned, but cold (a very odd combination). Toast was cold. Coffee was served in a paper cup! (We really thought we would be getting better than a drive-through fast food treatment!)

Absolutely beautiful room, very nice hotel. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Only complaint was that the bed was too hard.

Amazing staff and priced hotel. Could use a bit more attention to detail in the shower as the corners were a bit dirty, but overall nothing to be concerned about.

Hotel was very nice seemed that beds might be a little soft for my preference. Staff friendly the Starbucks coffee bar was great to have in the hotel and managed very successfully to make all our favorite beverages.
Asked for our room to be made up 1 extra time because of the length of our stay and the staff had no issues and was done very early in the day.
All in all plan on staying here again on our next trip the the St. Jacobs market.

Kids running up and down the halls until 12 at night. Several complaints but kids banging on doors will never stay here sgan
