入住時，酒店的停車位滿了，指引我們停到幾百米的地方。落地窗可以看到江邊，挺愜意的。房間方正、明亮，用品齊全。

住過很多城市的你好酒店，這家設施，環境，衞生都硬件條件都比較好。就是前台的一個矮個小姑娘服務態度真不好，極不熱情，不主動解決問題，應付工作，問十句話答一句話，這一句還有氣無力，聽不清，當著客户麪就玩手機看視頻，一點不在乎，要不就蹲在櫃枱下面玩手機，找不到人。品牌酒店的前台服務是關鍵的軟件條件，是入住客户對酒店的首要印象分，前台服務有點跟酒店形象太不符，太拉低酒店定位。剛入住時把車停在門口問這個小姑娘車停在哪裡，她板着個臉説，停車沒地，自己想辦法吧。大老遠來入住，怎麼能清楚停哪，再説你們頁面寫了🈶停車位，來之前也問了能停車，讓客户自己找地停車，前台就這服務意識，不要説主動笑臉相迎了，幫客户想解決辦法了，就一句生硬的回話，好像不歡迎似的，跟要住她家一樣板着個白臉，就沒見過這樣的前台小姑娘，就想着看手機，上班跟在家一樣隨便！

酒店位置還可以，前面就是濱江，火車站乘坐B1公交能直達，前台服務比較冷淡，房間整體環境尚可，衞生條件也還可以。
