The place was rude and very hard of understanding what a service animal is and made me pay 30$ every day costing me 570$ for the 3 weeks I was there and I have yet to be returned the money or anything for wasting my money and time

The room service to get everything just finally came this morning after we have already been staying at the hotel and we have been here for almost a month to just now finally get sheets towels and billows cases and nothing for the trash cans so I don't even understand why I have to wait for it
