Welcome service with Tim Horton coffee next door. Quiet location with shopping mall and restaurants nearby. Great place to stay. Easy access to airport and train station. Near cross border to Detroit US.

Rooms are extremely dirty, service is zero!

Another lousy hotel under Wyndham The corridors and rooms smell musty or old, the facilities are really old, the curtains are brittle and fall apart when pulled The bathroom is so small that I had to cut a hole in the toilet to close the door, and the water splashed all over me when I turned on the faucet The power plug in the bedroom is patinated, and the mattress is bad! It collapsed in the middle

sucks! Corridor carpets have a musty smell, towels and sheets are not clean, there is no elevator upstairs, and the network signal is poor, so it is not recommended to go there

This property is VERY dated. Room layout made using the closet almost impossible. Mildew staining in shower grout. Shower head low (I am only 5'8) Toilet was not installed square in the bathroom - seemed like it may impede movement in the bathroom if it had been put in straight. Little Sketchy - I think there was a homeless person in one of the entrance/exits. Breakfast was average. Crossbeam support on the chair I sat on at breakfast broke while sliding the chair (rooms/decor etc - very old - looks like there has not been any work done since 1983).

Beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice renovated bedroom. Waffles from the free breakfast were great! Called to ask for crib before I checked in and they left it in the bedroom for me. Easy peasy!

It seemed like the room was being renovated.. the dresser was in front of a closet. The room was exceptionally small. The walls were paper thin as we heard a lot of noise coming from our neighbours

We stayed here overnight from USA to Toronto. Hotel is old and outdated. It had carpet in the hallway and in the room which was old and dirty. Whole property needs improvements and updates.

The property was under construction. The hallways were filled with construction materials and debris. Paint and plaster all over the hallway floor. Toilet was loose and leaking toilet water. There was a loud beeping noise all night that the staff couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. One of my rooms didn’t have sheers to get light in.

Pretty convenient, though not lush, but you’ve got everything you need. Microwave and mini fridge is such a bonus!

Staff was great and accommodating, site was being remodeled, was given old stinky room asked for a room change and was granted one.
