Friendly staff. The hotel is situated in good location. The room was clean.

I highly recommend this hotel🏨~ It's been a hundred years~ It's very unique and nostalgic~ It's my first choice every time I come to Luxembourg~ If you have a room package with breakfast, I recommend it~❤️ The scenery is beautiful~ It's very convenient to come from the airport, the scenery is very good. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite the downstairs, and it takes 3 minutes to walk to the city center square~ The hotel staff are very friendly~ Will send 🍎~ The front desk reception is also very enthusiastic~ There is one person who can speak Chinese~👏
The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi is a bit slow~ Fortunately, I subscribed to the monthly data before going abroad, so it didn't affect it much

Conveniently located near the bus station, the hotel is really clean, the rooms are very well decorated, the front desk and room service can communicate in German (the check-in manual is available in French, English and German). The continental meals are delicious (there is an ice cream shop and Subway nearby if you are not used to it)

Cons 1st, the hotel had so many young people, and they were so loud,  the hotel should have  had quiet time after 10pm,  those young people made so much noise from about 10pm- 4am! 😡 There should be quiet hrs or keep the noisey people separate from people who enjoy their sleep! 

I WOKE UP WITH A HEADACHE, I reported it and all the staff could say was sorry  and did nothing about it!  Being passive will not earn you a good review or repeat customer, so unfortunately I won't recommend or return to this hotel. The dinner was bland, the fish was horrible, I couldn't eat it, no seasoning lt was just crispy on the outside and steamed fish dough on the inside. I took to my room and threw it away, not even salt or pepper. The breakfast was good though. I only ate the breakfast and ate out the other times. Pros, nice staff, and clean rooms!🤗

The hotel boasts extremely convenient transportation, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station. It's perfectly situated in Yokohama Chinatown, offering abundant dining options with plenty of Chinese restaurants. As an established 5-star hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the facilities are equally upscale and impressive. They even offer services in Chinese. Plus, it's only a 5-minute stroll to the seaside and Yamashita Park. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yokohama. The rooms are quite spacious, especially for Japanese standards.
