很好的一家麗楓酒店，大廳的設計很特別，讓人感覺又温馨又清爽，前台服務人員很是熱情，又是辦理入住又是倒茶水，很貼心，在溝通中温聲細語，有問必答；拿到房卡進入房間後看到這個設計風格給一種家的感覺，衞生特別乾淨，又很舒適；酒店雖身處鬧市但依舊很安靜，這是非常驚喜的；酒店在停車方面很贊，停車是方便免費的，環境也是非常好的，酒店客房大姐的微笑服務做的很不錯，見到會主動打招呼詢問入住感受，很人性化；住完後的整體感受就是酒店的每個員工的服務都很好，下次來武漢依舊會選擇這裏，不僅僅是因為這個品牌還是因為這裏的服務，真的很温馨！五星好評！！！
