This hotel was recommended by a friend when I was out traveling. The environment is very good and everything in the room is new. I asked the front desk to help with the wake-up service for my train ticket at 6:00 in the morning. The wake-up service was very punctual and the service was very good. It is also very close to the subway entrance. Five points!

The lady was very warm and gentle, and tried her best to help us solve any problem. First of all, we stayed in this hotel because we had to compete in the convention center next door. We had to get up at 5 o'clock in the morning and go out at 6 o'clock. At night, we suddenly remembered that we couldn't buy breakfast so early. At 2 o'clock in the morning, we asked the lady at the front desk. The lady immediately saved a breakfast for us so that we could pick it up at the front desk at 6 o'clock the next morning. In addition, because the hotel knew we were all here for the competition, they also provided us with good night milk in the evening. When we checked out, each child also had a bag of gifts. The room was clean and hygienic, full of design, which made me very comfortable. I also encountered such a good software. I really want to stay here again next time. Good review!

Excellent Stay – Truly the Best! My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the National Holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived just after 9 a.m. after taking an early train from Chengdu, and to our surprise, the hotel immediately provided us with our room — no waiting at all! They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast options were amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. This is honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at overall. Although it’s a new hotel, the service was outstanding — every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more comfortable. We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

It is very close to the subway and can be reached in two or three minutes. When we arrived, there were convenience stores and shopping malls nearby for food and drink. It was quite convenient. The only problem was that the smart toilet was not good. It made noise when I sat on it. Going to the toilet in the middle of the night affected my family's sleep. Everything else was good.
