1.浴室花灑，頂噴出水非常小，不舒服。

去成都路過西安找的寵物友好酒店，訂寵物房就不會額外收寵物清潔費了。房間很乾凈，還給配備了窩，飯碗水碗和狗廁所。
有地下停車場，搬行李很方便。
早餐優秀很好吃，種類多而且味道不錯，好像還可以打包外帶。

與傳統的商務酒店不同，尚萃的設計非常年輕、時髦。大堂的社交空間很有創意，不是那種嚴肅的商務範兒。房間設計簡約明快，色調活潑，尤其是那個特色的沙發區，很適合晚上回來處理一下郵件或小酌一杯，讓人感覺很放鬆。
【服務貼心，響應迅速】
前台和客房服務的效率很高，辦理入住熟練快捷。作為常客，能感受到酒店對會員的重視。房間打掃得很及時，需要補充物品時，客房部的響應速度也令人滿意。賓客服務中心Alice每次都會細心詢問入住體驗，在住期間有求必應

服務非常好，都是年輕好看的小姐姐小哥哥們，外賣也能及時幫忙送到房間，非常感謝。在此點名表揚Alice小姐姐，有求必應、專業素養高。美中不足就是全景房型其實並不算全景，就是讓床對着落地窗罷了，落地窗本身也不算太大，稱不上全景房型。此外提個小建議，抽紙衹在洗手間放了一盒，房間裏並沒有抽紙，實在不方便，這種級別的酒店屬實不應該。希望改進，祝越來越好。

也算是西安高新凱悦尚萃酒店常客了，每週公司出差都會選擇這裏，酒店設計非常亮眼，大堂寬敞明亮。房間也是乾淨整潔，一整面落地窗，每個房間還配了咖啡機。重點要表揚餐廳的經理Lucy，對於老客人很熱情，前台的服務也非常好，每次會提前準備房間。

特色小吃包含肉夾饃，胡辣湯，都有一定的水準
另外房間設備，都維護得不錯，水壓正常，也不會忽冷忽熱，都是免治馬桶，很現代化。
