I had a wonderful stay at Home Inn Neo near Xi'an Railway Station. The location is perfect - just minutes from both the railway station and subway, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The room was impressively clean and well-maintained.
The staff provided excellent service - always friendly, helpful with directions, and quick to respond to requests. The amenities were good for the price point, with comfortable beds and reliable WiFi. The hotel offers great value, especially considering its prime location near major transportation hubs.

This stay was perfect! The front desk service attitude was excellent, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and they patiently answered all questions during check-in. The detailed arrangements made people feel at ease instantly. The most touching thing was that on the day of check-out, we came back late due to travel delays.
