一直很喜歡的酒店品牌，房間很寬敞 也很乾凈 ，被褥沒有味道，洗漱用具，質量舒適感都不錯，梳齒都很圓潤不傷頭皮。每天有下午茶和夜宵，前台有咖啡機可以隨時咖啡和熱牛奶。
早餐質量也不錯，中式為主，西式略簡單，但也夠用。
服務員們態度很好，服務也很周到。

非常臘雞，早上7點，就可以體驗到被吵醒的感覺。機器人，人的走路聲。隔音非常非常非常差。
基本上到晚上12點才會安靜，7點就開始吵，各種吵。
還有窗户，呵呵🙃，昨天説工作人員攜程商旅的圖片是錯誤的，實際上攜程上也是這樣的，蠢蠢詐騙，非常詐騙。詐騙。

訂的無窗房型，到前台問能否升級，前台就幫忙升級了一個帶窗的房間，房間不大，自動的窗簾。值得一提的是他們家用的是徠芬的吹風機，棉織品也是康乃馨的，這個有點超出預期。早餐去的晚了，早餐的餐桌椅衞生有待提高。還有房間總控關了以後床頭的電源竟然是關閉的，沖了一晚上電充了個寂寞😔。但總體來説性價比挺高。

服務：服務真的是沒得説，熱心關心小朋友，孩子哭鬧會幫着哄，送孩子小禮物，小禮物是小事，但是真的能感受到他們的用心，前台小姐姐會耐心的講解美食，旅遊攻略，來多少人都會耐心的接待，解答各種問題，出門在外，有一種賓致如家的感覺，細節控可以選擇，城牆腳下，鬧中取靜的不錯選擇，晨起站在酒店樓頂，領略長安城別樣的美。

特別適合外地遊客距離永興坊城牆景區近的不要太離譜方便的很門口也有停車位，房型多樣靠近城牆的露台房景觀視野開闊，二樓還有洗衣房和迷你健身房，早餐出品也可以，迷你吧包含兩罐本地特色飲品四瓶礦泉水，洗漱包很精緻。
