Lovely to stay here so much, we spent first 2 nights here and left luggage for a night to Luoyang then came back again for 2 nights.
Staff is so helpful, Zhang Yaling, Travel Manager of Elegant Hotel. She helped everything you need.
Xi’an is huge city, so walking 300-800m. is usual. Hotel location is the best, close to everything and walkable to bell tower and drum tower.

This hotel located super close to 长安。 The room is clean, no smoking smell, and looks so new. Everything went smoothly during my stay here. Breakfast is Chinese standard, but they also include breads for foreigners. Afternoon tea is also okay.

The hotel is located next to Yongning Gate in the city center, with contemporary Tang dynasty design. The front desk staff, especially 小胡 was efficient and provided excellent service. The room was well-equipped with smart controls and a complimentary minibar. The hotel has a distinctive design, and the shower and toilet are separated in the room. The restaurant on the fifth floor offers a great view, and both the afternoon tea and late-night bowl of noodle was a nice touch to the stay.

Very beautiful, insta worthy hotel. The terrace of their restaurant is definitely a highlight, and it's right beside the Xian wall entrance. Very easy to get around

Our 3 night stay here was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful and welcoming each day. The location is right next to the old wall, which you get a great view of from the outdoor terrace. Just be mindful that the reception is on an upper level via lifts, so the entrance from outside isn't immediately obvious. Look for glass sliding doors with lifts behind it and small black plaque stating Mehood Elegant Hotel.
The hotel decor is lovely Chinese style. Our Tang Dynasty room was excellent, decent size and facilities. Twin beds were spacious, each with bedside tables. Wash basin is behind a half partition within the bedroom. Then the toilet and shower are each in their own cubicle, behind the wash basin. So be mindful that you can see the bathroom area from the beds area but it was fine for us. Air con worked great. Robes and slippers provided.
Self service laundry area was a welcome addition, with 3 washer dryers, detergent, hanging rail and clothes steamer. Breakfast was really excellent, mostly Chinese cuisine with some continental western options. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy walking distance of metro, shops and old wall.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast and afternoon tea offered by the restaurant is great. The view from the restaurant is breath-taking, especially at night.

In general, the check-in experience was very pleasant, and both the amenities and the service quality exceeded my expectations. The front desk, Nini, is friendly and warm-hearted. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi’an. Highly recommended to other travellers!

The hotel was lovely and the location was great. We might suggest that on your site you mention a different name as it is not really in the bell tower xi’an yonginman … in fact we never saw that name, tho the address is correct. It’s a few blocks from the bell tower circle and there are several more hotels of the belt tower . There is nowhere on the hotel that says Xi’an Belltower, yongiman, elegant hotel. on the door is Mehood elegant hotel (see picture)- but this is a barely noticeable sign and the entry is really tricky. there is an elevator that says lobby elevator 1 … but in fact you need to press 5 and get up to the 5th floor to find the lobby! and the elevator floor signs (1-5) do not indicate this … Our suggestion is to put a much larger sign on the hotel and to better indicate that hotel lobby is on the fifth floor! the pix below is a small sign on a small door with only name we saw. there are many other doors in the area.
