第一次發佈酒店評價，酒店裝修服務都不錯，可是隔音太差了，一直到凌晨五點，隔壁説話都聽的一清二楚，暖氣一直有水聲，讓人無法入睡。而且廁所還有點反味道，真是讓人沒法睡，希望趕緊調整，住酒店主要就是休息好，這個讓人怎麼睡？

設施：房間該有的配置都有了，風筒很好用！
衞生：舒適、乾淨整潔！
環境：酒店像個四合院，晚上很安靜，出行很方便，步行去地鐵口和西安博物館、小雁塔不用10分鐘！
服務：服務是這家温德姆的大大亮點！從前台小姐姐到大堂經理到早餐廳的大姐和廚師們，每一位都很熱情很親切，服務超級周到細緻！每天從外面遊玩回來像回家一樣好温暖好舒適！早餐雖然品種不多，但是短短几天差不多讓我們嚐遍了西安的特色美食！有天看見大堂的蘋果又新鮮又漂亮拿了兩個吃，結果大堂經理記着這事了，走的那天還特意給我們準備一袋蘋果帶回家，我天，好感動🥹以後有親戚朋友去西安都強烈推薦住這裏！謝謝你們！去西安的那幾天都一直下雨，華山也因為大雪封山去不成，但是温德姆的温暖彌補了內心的遺憾！下次再見！
