Skanhem Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Subway Station is a brand-new, great-value budget hotel in an unbeatable central location,right next to the Bell Tower metro station and walking distance to the Muslim Quarter and major sights. Perfect for travelers who prioritize convenience and don’t need luxury. Rooms are modern and clean, but expect a language barrier: none of the staff speak conversational English, so a translation app is essential. Ideal for independent, budget-conscious tourists comfortable using apps to communicate.

Overall was excellent except the bfast and the staff of the cafeteria
Bfast menu Everyday same menu 😅
The cafeteria chef at the noodles bar was unprofessional Toilets, Washroom doors are transparent, can see thru not so convenient for family with teenage kids.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, less than 50 meters from the subway station, making it very convenient to travel around. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very clean with a pleasant fragrance and no smell of cigarettes. The room is spacious, and the staff are lovely, attentive, and provide excellent service.

鐘樓舒與酒店：位置優越環境潔凈，親子防護待優這次西安之行選擇了鐘樓舒與酒店，整體體驗讓人滿意！酒店主打北歐風格設計，環境雅緻舒適，房間及公共區域都打掃得十分乾淨，乾濕分離的衞浴佈局整潔清爽，加上全屋智能客控系統，語音就能操控燈光、窗簾和電視，住起來很便捷。
地理位置更是一大亮點！步行1分鐘就能到鐘樓，樓下就是地鐵2號線和6號線的交匯站，去回民街、灑金橋吃美食步行10多分鐘可達，到大雁塔、大唐不夜城也能地鐵直達，出行和覓食都超級方便。床品質感不錯，回彈適中，枕頭舒適度也在線，還貼心提供了免費礦泉水，細節處讓人覺得舒心。
美中不足的是，酒店雖有家庭親子房，但房間內未配備小童床護欄。帶娃入住時難免擔心孩子翻身墜床，衹能自己想辦法圍擋。建議酒店參考專業親子防護方案，為親子房加裝可拆卸的安全護欄（高度覆蓋床墊邊緣至少20釐米更穩妥），既不影響日常使用，又能提升親子家庭的居住安全感。
總體而言，酒店在位置、環境和潔凈度上表現出色，若能完善親子安全設施，相信會成為更多家庭遊客的首選！

這次秋假出遊N次感慨自己選對了酒店。
出發前就有小姐姐電話諮詢到店時間，大半夜到的時候接待的小哥哥禮貌又友好，每天進出前台的小姐姐都是微笑招呼，退房的時候辦理小哥哥因為我説枕頭舒服，還告知了牌子，還給小朋友送了冰箱貼。打掃的阿姨也很勤快，一天一掃，每次見面都熱情招呼。
再説房間本身，可能是比較新的原因，各個設備都比較完好，語音控制，智能馬桶，可切換式淋浴頭，迷你小冰箱。樓層間還有洗衣機和烘乾機，出門省心好多。酒店的隔音也還好，沒有亂七八糟的叫買聲打擾睡眠。
最後重點誇誇我的最愛，真的太太太喜歡酒店的床上用品了，0壓床墊和高記憶海綿枕，就這幾天我日行萬步，腳底板都走腫了，肩膀痛的抬不起來，就這死出，睡一覺又滿血復活了。真的一百個推薦！

Free breakfast was superb. Check in process by 张and 龙was prompt. Central location easy to access train entrance. English and Mandarin Map of places of internet near hotel provided. Lovely checkout gift by the team. Love the dark blue tea bag provided in the room and breakfast

Hotel was in a great location near the bell tower, room was clean, laundry room was good and hotel breakfast was decent. However, when I wanted to order something and asked the hotel's help to provide a China phone number, the front desk rejected my request. Then, they offered to help book through their inhouse travel agent for 50rmb.
Although I suppose they are not in the wrong to refuse, it is quite surprising as other hotels I've been at so far have no issue helping hotel guests provide a phone number for ******* orders.

找了各種攻略，最終訂在鐘樓附近這家酒店，真的超級方便，樓下就公交車站和地鐵口，去景點步行也很近。窗簾還是自動的，房間窗口能看到一點鐘樓，對面就是開元商城，還有早餐的肉夾饃好好吃啊！！臨走還送了小禮物冰箱貼。服務人員小陳和小王態度也是非常好，下次出遊還會再選這酒店。
