The room was very nice, the service from the front desk guys and girls was also very enthusiastic, the room was clean and hygienic, and the decoration was also very interesting. It was a very pleasant stay and I felt refreshed. I will definitely come again next time I come to Xi'an 👍👍👍

The room was average and not very clean. I have to complain about the service, which was completely non-existent. They kept pushing it back and forth and just didn't want to do it for you. The service was far from that of the previous Four Seasons Hotel. I will not choose this brand of hotel again. Please choose carefully.
