Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Our check in experience was marred by the lady staff who was cold and unwelcoming. It was Jerry who took over and totally changed my opinion.
Our room faced the city wall, looked fabulous at night when the lights was up. Room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good.
The tour desk manager, Miss Guo offers excellent tour suggestions with great price.

非常讚的入住體驗，住過很多希爾頓酒店，這次的入住可以用乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，性價比超高來形容，房間位置好，窗户對着城牆！出行也方便！早餐也很豐富！下次還住！希爾頓的品質一如既往的好， 房間衞生很乾凈 前台服務很好，也很熱情，辦理入住和退房也很快，詢問周邊吃的玩的也都很耐心的給介紹，非常nice！雖然是先開業的酒店稍微有點裝修的味道，但完全不影響我入住的心情，來西安的朋友放心沖吧！

住這家店算是來西安旅途中開心的事裏面其中一項了。開始預訂的沒有考慮過這家酒店，平台推薦一家永寧門領一側的酒店。我可以説是我這麼多年旅遊經歷住過最差的酒店，名字就不寫了，怕影響這條點評。
先説這家店的有點，國際聯號就是有聯號的優勢。其他那些驢馬蛋子真是垃圾。第一天住的酒店影響了我的整個西安之旅的心情。被坑了以後才預訂的這家。新開業的房間設施設備都很不錯。最關鍵就是這個服務態度和服務意識，提出問題馬上解決。前台的一個小哥哥應該是前台經理吧。我們和前台其他同事隨口説的一個問題人家馬上就主動聯繫我們來解決了，真的很滿意。
衞生：衞生也比較不錯就是續住打掃在用心一些就更棒了。
設施：房間隔音很不錯。通道聲音在房間幾乎聽不到。雖然挨着馬路也沒覺得多吵
服務：優秀十分推薦
説下稍微感覺欠缺的應該就是早餐了。第一天的早餐感覺熱菜出品的味道還可以後兩天就有點遜色了。
整個下來總體體驗可以滿分。
多虧了這家店讓我的西安之旅沒那麼糟心。否則真有感覺永遠不想再來西安旅遊。
