Came here on business and stayed for 4 nights. 1. The service is really good. Both the front desk and housekeeping service attitudes are very good. When I made the reservation, I wrote down my request for a non-smoking room. The hotel not only upgraded my room type, but also provided me with two non-smoking rooms, one facing the street and one not facing the street, for me to choose from. I chose a room that was not facing the street. Because I had to walk up a wooden staircase on the 6th floor, the lady at the front desk helped me carry my suitcase upstairs in her high heels. Really like this kind of service. 2. The room is well soundproofed, the toiletries are of good quality, and the breakfast is also good. 3. Convenient transportation. Metro Line 2 is downstairs, making it very convenient to go anywhere. There are also many things to eat downstairs. In short, the price-performance ratio is very high and it is worth staying.

Service: The front desk lady provided great service and took us to our room after we got the room card. They always say hello when they come back, and they also care about the stay experience when they leave, which is very considerate. Facilities: A very cost-effective hotel, the price during the Qingming Festival is also very good! I was shocked the moment I opened the door. The room was super big, with all the necessary facilities, and the toiletries smelled super good. Environment: Line 2 is just a few steps downstairs. We chose a location that is about the same distance from the Bell Tower and Xi'an North Railway Station so there aren't too many people and it's convenient to go anywhere. There are Mixue Bingcheng and convenience stores. I was surprised by the quality of the convenience store products. The ingredients are very simple, unlike "some store" which is full of additives, and the prices are very attractive. Maybe I spent too much Shanghai currency, so everything seems good.

The room is clean and tidy, and most importantly, the front desk service is excellent. The lady takes you to the room, and her service attitude is definitely worthy of praise 👍! The transportation is very convenient, just beside the subway entrance.

The overall rating is 5 points. I recommend everyone to stay here if you are looking for cost-effectiveness when coming to Xi'an. It was my first time to Xi'an for a family trip. I chose this hotel because it was convenient for travel. 1. It is very close to the subway station. We didn't find it correctly at first, but we contacted the hotel front desk lady and found it. She also recommended nearby lunch and tourist tips to us; 2. I specifically ordered a breakfast-inclusive package because I read reviews saying the hotel's breakfast was bad. But later I found it was not as bad as the reviews said. The breakfast at this hotel is simple and unpretentious, and it is really good for the price. (Because we have another comparison on this trip, I won’t go into details to avoid criticizing one and praising another); 3. The room is very big, with enough water and tea bags. The bathroom also has laundry detergent and face towels, which I didn't expect. 4. If there is a small flaw, the room smells like cigarettes. I hope the hotel can see the message and make improvements.
