以後肯定不住！
1.地理位置：確實方便，在地鐵口，但是！如果你打車定位在酒店門口，滴滴都不會開進來，因為酒店門口的停車位要收費，衹能走出去到路邊上車。
2.硬件設施：畢竟系統顯示是18年裝修的，陳舊一些可以理解，訂房時也是瞭解的，商務樓，幾家酒店集中在一起，電梯不需要刷卡，辦理入住時，剛好遇見有人喝醉，喊叫打鬧，幾家酒店前台無動於衷，不知道是習慣了，還是都認為是其他家的住客。酒店配備一台洗衣機，是的，一台。
3.服務態度：有服務沒態度吧，辦理入住全程沒説話，對，是的，沒説話，頭都沒有抬，看都沒看一眼，更別説其他麗楓的遞水服務了。入住後點了外賣，第二天還在，難道保潔人員是覺得，我這放地上的外賣還會第二天吃？
4.入住評價：看了一堆評價，但凡評價裏面帶前台名字的，大概率就是前台提出的，你住酒店會去問前台的名字，然後給出好評嗎？
真實入住評價，不指望有指導意義，誰愛住誰住。

毛巾看起來黑的，臟，燒水壺裡面有灰塵有殘餘的液體，，空氣清新劑噪音特別大，水龍頭有水被子比較薄。也是住的知名酒店，完全不行啊。跟以前的同價位的同等級的酒店不行，一樣的品牌相差變化真大

早上8點多，前台打電話説確認下房態，我晚上入住的時候登記過了，你們電腦系統不顯示房態嗎？還需要早上打電話看看房間有人嗎？説系統顯示是空房，我們打電話確認下，看看有人嗎？太多極差，很沒有禮貌問我，晚上本來到西安就很晚了，早上還在睡覺，這樣打擾我，前台禮貌嗎？還有衞生間電源是壞的，吹風機用不了，我讓前台幫忙剛工作人員過來看看，等了半小時，也沒有人過來，等不住還是退房吧！全國各地的麗楓酒店我都住，這家是我住過比較爛的一家！

我是昨天中午辦理的入住，結果要停車的時候他們前台説停車的人員去吃飯了，讓我稍後下來在辦理停車，本來我就是商務出差，還有公事要忙。結果第二天回來要挪車的時候顯示付款要108元，旁邊副駕做的是前台人員，他説讓我掃酒店給報銷，我説你最好確認一下，結果他説不用確認你掃就行了，結果停完車上來前台説衹報銷昨天的費用，衹給50元。我去 ，我説那剛剛為啥不確認，結果前台給我説了句不管你挪不挪車你出去都要給108元的。
我就搞不明白，明明是我體諒你們中午吃飯沒有挪車結果現在要讓我為你們的失責承擔責任，實在是過分。
該自己的責任就承擔，還在胡攪蠻纏，這家酒店我少説也住過十幾次了，一下子讓我好感全無。
再説衞生吧，床頭全是頭髮簽字，粘在床頭上。下面附圖了。
垃圾酒店，請各位謹慎選擇，避免不開心。
