One of the worst we have stayed.I booked the place as it was closer to Xian north railway station.When we went there we had to wait nearly 1 hour until they confirm the passcode.There were about 4 rooms inside the apartment it was so smelly.Owner never mentioned about which room to be used.We went to the last one with private bathroom and less smelly.Then we went out for sightseeing.When we came back around 11pm and opened the door a man was inside claiming that it was his room.the owner had moved our luggage without informing us into a different room with a common smelly washroom.I’ve paid 130.At the same time nearly midnight we left the hotel as we never wanted to stay there.The owner was so rude and told we must leave if it’s smelly.She refunded half price and apologised later.We would not recommend the place even though it’s close to station and relatively cheaper.

Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, the room is clean, the sheets are new, and the overall praise is good;
Service: I booked a single room once when I went home last year. I booked a room for my mother this year. The lady boss saw that my mother was not feeling well and upgraded the room for free. The lady boss is really nice😊
Environment: From the south square of Xi'an North Railway Station, you can get to the community by taking a tricycle in ten minutes. There are also morning and night markets outside the community, which is very convenient for catching the high-speed train!

這家賓館的房間真不錯。乾淨整潔，床鋪舒服，光線也好，老闆娘非常熱情，有什麼問題都給第一時間幫忙解決。酒店位置很好，出行方便，離北站南廣場很近，步行也就15分鐘。旁邊還有很多餐飲店，還有夜宵和早餐攤。我是早晨6:20的火車，5點多出門就能買到熱乎乎的早飯，很舒服

第一點：位置就在西安北站南廣場向東八九百米，走路不到十分鐘。第二點：桌子上一點灰塵也沒有，衞生間也很乾凈，每間屋子都有暖氣，很暖和，穿短袖沒問題。下次還會繼續來住

超級棒，好到讓我受寵若驚。定的是最便宜的房間，原本衹想坐趕火車的臨時落腳點，沒想到老闆一家人連打幾個電話説路線。房間也超級乾淨，比酒店也完全不差。剛從西藏回來的我睡了旅途幾天最好的一覺
。感謝熱情的老闆一家，感謝美麗的西安，讓我這個外地人也感到了家的温暖。
