Fabulous! I really enjoyed my stay. the staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared, you could choose from a number of options. If I’m lucky enough to come back to Xi‘an in the future, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel, not only does it have good location but it is very clean and at a reasonable price.

This hotel was really our best experience and highlight during our 9-days trip to China. Everything starting from the hotel stylish design, staff uniform, room size and amenities, breakfast options, free popcorn and the main plus is the Service. They let us in at 9 am for free, upgraded our room and booked tickets for Great Empress of Tang show with a huge discount, gave us a gift upon checkout, did their best to make us feel luxury. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

這家酒店停車是免費的，省得我開車過來去找停車場，家裡的小孩非常喜歡這裏，他們的大廳有爆米花，還有小孩子玩的遊樂場，給我省了不少的心，前台服務也很周到，我帶小孩出去的時候提醒我給小孩多帶一件衣服，外面會降温，人情味滿滿，房價還划算，一定推薦給朋友

酒店位於市中心，到周邊景區都非常方便。馬路對面🈶餐館，離小南門早市步行就可到達。出門左轉，一直走看到大學東路的指示牌，左轉順着一直走，看到一家賣包子的店，右轉直走，過紅綠燈口就到了，步行大約15分鐘左右。酒店裝修挺好看，可惜每天早出晚歸也沒好好欣賞，第一天因為爬老君山累到了想着到西安也不出門，直接在洛陽酒店睡到中午，買了卧鋪又睡，十點多才磨嘰到酒店，休整了一天。酒店有貓咖，但是呢本人對貓毛過敏，其實很喜歡小動物，有些可惜了。前台很熱情有問必答，客房阿姨也很好哦，每天都會來打掃收拾房間喔，不像有些酒店需要提醒或者掛牌。房間寬敞，床墊睡着也很舒服，牙刷也舒服。酒店還備了潤膚露，簡直太貼心了。這對我們在東北被寒風摧殘的人來講，簡直就是救命啊。五樓備有洗衣房，有烘乾機。本來打算洗羽絨服，還好前台小妹提醒我，看看衣服洗滌説明，要不然我的小登登就得被我報廢。而且我那些居然不能乾洗，必須手洗，晾乾。感謝🙏🏻小妹拯救了我的荷包啊！房間雖然臨街倒是很安靜。父母都很滿意。連住了四天，本身是想着後面續住的，結果去壺口瀑布把自己累趴了，太長時間沒做長途車了九個多小時啊！我還報的20人座的小包團啊，那種座椅算舒適的。都感覺很累。去兵馬俑買的攜程直通車，打車到易什麼劇院東門，忘名字了，反正就起步價，單程25元一位，現場30元。記住別聽車上導遊忽悠，也別定攜程178元含門票講解自助餐的套餐，我已經踩過大雷了。就是騙子，就是變形的購物團。講解極差，全程鋪墊藍田玉。藍馬甲前段是個工作人員帶進展館，很多人以為是講解員，我還被推銷買了個xr的項目，138元/位😂😂😂，車上的就死命推薦各種演出。交接給講解員，我的天，他們是哪吒轉世，腳踏風火輪啊！反正帶老年人千萬別去。我要不是有三百按金需要退那破講解器，還有40/位自助餐我不知道哪裡吃飯，我絕不會跟了。揹帶去看那破玉石，白白浪費我半小時啊！如果喜歡歷史，喜歡兵馬俑，自己去請個私人講解絕對更好。這種散裝講解要不得，直接把我爸腿走腫了。體驗感非常糟糕。避坑哈各位。扯遠了哦，反正西安這一程真的好累。也可能是因為東北大環線走了快一個月，體力透支了。我就是去長白山，老君山也沒那麼累啊！去了趟兵馬俑和壺口，直接電力透支。昨天躺一天，今早又是半天，老爹老媽説實在玩不動了，所以衹能打道回府。本身還打算去重慶在去宜昌往南邊去的，唉玩不了咯。下次有機會還來這家店。已經推薦給朋友。馬上朋友孩子放秋假計劃到西安玩呢。

帶長者來旅遊的。來的時候看中的就是有榻榻米正好三個人誰都不擠誰酒店設備齊全，用的洗護用品都是檀香的很好聞早餐豐富，不同於往常的自助形式。漢堡搭配生菜，熱咖啡和其他飲品早上來一份很舒服！服務整體都很到位。外賓入住前台小姐姐也很專業。很推薦的一家店！
