房間是家庭式的因國慶價格高，但設施完全不匹配，床不舒服跟睡在坑裡一樣，電視也不能看，waifi信號太差，整個樓層都可以連不是房間單獨的，體驗感太差.

酒店有管家服務，到店時間晚也不用擔心，給管家發消息，24小時都有人回覆，老闆也很熱情，熱情招待，酒店的地理位置非常優越，樓下就是蘭島廣場購買東西特別方便，沒有什麼東西和老闆一説老闆就會立馬送過來！！！廁所的熱水也很多很熱！！

這是我住過性價比最好的一家酒店了，住了幾天，電視很清晰，節目也很齊全，每天客房都打掃了續住衞生，打掃的很細緻，洗漱生活用品礦泉水補給的很及時，細節做得不錯，前台和客房阿姨服務也超級得熱情，整個氛圍很温馨舒適，下次還是會繼續入住西安梵克酒店，非常推薦!
