每次來西安，總是會選擇蘭歐酒店，選擇大明宮萬達店，吃住行都很方便，一進酒店，前台馨蘭書蘭便送上一杯熱茶，讓我們常年在外打拚的人多了一絲絲温暖，可能是常來這家店，服務員都認識我了，會提前為我安排好房間，酒店有免費的24小時自助洗衣房，洗衣機烘乾機掛燙機一應俱全，洗完後客房服務人員也會貼心的幫忙送到房間，總之，很喜歡這個酒店。

出差經常過來這邊住，房間非常乾淨衞生，入住舒適感很強，內部環境很舒適，設施齊全，酒店房間準備有男性刮鬍子的刮鬍刀，房間光透亮明，整潔舒適，床品舒適，地段也特別好，走路5分鐘就是地鐵站，附近萬達 四海唐人街 出行購物遊玩都很方便，昨天是我的生日，酒店芷蘭書蘭給我送了生日蛋糕 ，果盤，非常貼心了 ，也很有儀式感，非常值得五星好評！

房間有很大的窗户光線很好
房間裏打掃的很乾凈
隔音效果很好
位置交通還是非常便捷，離地鐵口距離很近
周邊有萬達廣場，一些商圈吃的逛的還是很方便周邊不是鬧市區，適合居住，前台木蘭芷蘭服務態度很好，酒店位置也很不錯，大廳香薰很好聞

前台客氣有禮貌，服務態度非常好，一進店人還沒有説話，木蘭，芷蘭先把茶水倒好遞過來，房間衞生也很整潔乾淨，讓人進去就感覺到心情大好，熱水充足，客房服務員也能夠及時的溝通解決我的各種問題，總體來説非常棒
