We slept one night in this beautiful hotel for our 1-day trip in Xi'an. The experience was amazing, they even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, the best I've seen in my life. Hope to come back soon.

The first REAL 5 star hotel in China for me. Simply amazing. It’s a very luxury hotel, the room was so clean and felt like a spa. There are like 3 malls around the hotel and you can take the metro for 15 minutes to the bell tower. I stayed there for 4 days extra because I could really rest there. Every night they are cleaning the whole hotel, I don’t sleep early so I saw it happening. Just a perfect 5 star hotel.

A highly satisfying hotel stay experience, sincerely recommended! This stay was truly excellent. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, the hotel lobby was simple yet elegant, and the room environment was spotlessly clean with everything neatly arranged. The room was fully equipped with all necessary facilities, providing an excellent stay. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, everything was great, and I highly recommend it!!

One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

A great hotel located conveniently on the subway line making the center of the city very accesible. Really great amenities, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful with giving suggestions on local dining. Would definitely come back to it.
