衞生：沒有異味挺好的
環境：出門有地鐵 打車也很方便 雖然離景區稍遠但是坐地鐵還是挺快的 打車也就半小時 我覺得比住在景區附近好 性價比極高

好可怕的一次經歷😱，入住那麼多酒店，第一次體驗感那麼差，我們是兩個女孩子定了2晚入住的西安經開洲際酒店，第二晚凌晨1點58分有人敲門把我們敲醒了，因為是半夜，不敢開門，一直問誰，對方不説話，就是一直不停敲門，敲了很長時間終於不敲了，害怕的打電話給酒店詢問，酒店看了監控後説是1白衣長髮女子，説喝多了，敲錯房門，我們要求查看酒店監控，酒店不讓，一個五星級酒店，如果疏於管理，那麼到底是誰敲的門，怎麼能來到20層，害怕到第二天一直沒辦法入睡，第二天早早就退房了，第二天想想還是害怕，我們投訴到攜程，攜程跟酒店核實後酒店又説是一黑衣服扎馬尾的女子，説是同樓層客人，找尋同伴，跟先前喝醉酒，衣服顏色口供都不一致，我們再次要求查看監控，酒店説還是不讓，除非報警。心裏到現在久久不能平靜，如果你是全季我們理解，但你是洲際，女孩子在外我們住五星級就是因為安全，安心，既然你洲際做不到五星級的服務，憑什麼享受這五星級的價格。

服務很到位，室外有施工，已經提示了。早餐很豐富，還給了升級安排。去商場和高鐵站也很方便，但是西安的高鐵打車真是不太苟同。

不愧是西安最好的酒店之一，位置優越，出門就是2條地鐵，去高鐵站，鐘樓，大唐不夜城等地方都可以不用換乘。周邊商業豐富，吃飯也方便，而且不像市中心那麼多人。vivi服務熱情周到，提前與我聯繫，按我的要求安排了房間。房間寬敞佈局合理，軟硬件水平都很好，非常適合商務出行。

西安住經開洲際絕對不虛此行，尤其行政酒廊強烈推薦！首先性價比極高，行政樓層下午茶歡樂時光和早餐出品都很令人滿意，房間的床品也睡得非常讓人安心，隔音效果非常好，遮光也很好，睡的很舒服，行政酒廊Sophia也很貼心，安排的很完美，酒廊的所有員工都很熱情有禮貌，整體來説非常好非常滿意的體驗，強烈推薦行政酒廊！
