Excellent hotel, high quality service, good prices and over tasty breakfast ❤️
Also they have cosy and friendly restaurant on the 3th floor with open verande and best view in the Xi' an.

Pretty nice for a hotel, metro is roughly 3 mins walk away. Near Joy City and Datang Everbright city. Staff at reception were friendly as well. AAR

Nicely located hotel. Initially we were placed in a bit of a smelly room with no option to open the window. After informing reception, we got a change of room which was very friendly. Unfortunately the room was quite cold, heating didn’t work well enough.

Very nice hotel. Big and clean family room with a picturesque view to Tang Paradise West Gate. Delicious breakfast. Very good attitude. Very convenient location near many touristic sights

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. The room was very spacious and featured both a bathtub and a shower, which was a nice touch. The high ceilings added to the sense of space and comfort. The service was outstanding; the staff was attentive and eager to assist with any requests. The breakfast was average, catering more to Chinese tastes, and could use a bit more variety to accommodate Western preferences. While the English proficiency of the staff could be improved, it did not significantly hinder my stay. Despite these minor issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel.

Juerael Hotel is definitely the only hotel to stay whenever in Xi'an

i. Excellent 5 stars, first class customer service
Rose, Lucky and Lily, are very caring and thoughtful and gone through great length to help us in all areas despite of our physical disabilities
They specially arranged a ground floor room so that we are able to move about with ease, in and out of the hotel despite that there is elevator in the hotel
ii. Excellent housekeeping
The housekeepers painstakingly ensures that everything are neat and tidy
iii. Just beside MRT (Datang Furongyuan)(Line 4: Connects to all other MRT Lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 14)
Less than 50 metres from the entrance of MRT or 2 mins walk, with elevator. Great for luggages
iv. Modern room

v. Beside major tourist attractions, shops and supermarket
