W酒店設計感十足，而且很年輕化。這次入住的套房送到minibar和特色點心味道都很好。
帶孩子體驗了泳池和健身房，是去過的五星酒店中規模最大的。泳池恆温並且有熱水池，很適合運動健身。
房間寬敞，並且浴衣非常舒適柔軟。特別給小朋友準備了浴袍，也很驚喜。比其他住的西安酒店都要做的好。
早餐種類很多，肉夾饃也分開兩種，很有特色。
喜歡酒店的奶酪。

設施：浴缸、浴鹽、常用必備用品都有。帶膠囊咖啡機，茶具、很齊全。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：一般，有湖景。
服務：辦入住時會主動幫忙搬行李，送水及房間服務很快速響應，十一期間入住人員暴增，自助早餐供應很及時，餐位不夠又開了大宴會廳做了備用的早餐場地，準備的餐品也特別豐盛。特別推薦酒店的油潑麪，是我吃過的最好吃的，很正宗。出餐也很快。

房間設施、衞生都很好。環境很有特色，非常有藝術氣息。服務非常好，前台小哥和小妹介紹的很清楚、很細心。
建議：一樓早餐，像麪條、豆腐腦之類的，能直接定好一些種類，如岐山臊子麪、雞湯麪等。不用都讓客人自選食材進行搭配，一些外地客人不太熟悉，體驗不到正宗的味道。

第一次來西安是疫情剛放開的春節假期，當時就選擇了W酒店，不過誠實的講w酒店的風格不是我當時最中意的類型，雖然後來很多西安的商務出差，基本都在高新，也沒再住過w。但這次正好出差期間趕上攜程“一城一房”，再次入住了W，感覺比上次的體驗還要好，服務態度、質量都非常棒，前台ella主動送上空氣凈化器，非常貼心。
早餐不愧是攜程西安美食酒店第一名，一直在和外地朋友安利早餐的油潑麪、小包子，總體來説比同在榜單的麗思優秀不少。
總機的工作人員也很温柔高效，響應及時。
酒店位置也很好，出行方便，下次一定還會再來。
