The location is on the edge of the wall, a bit of a walk from the metro station. The old lady in the lobby, didn't say anything in the check-in. It was the strangest check-in we ever had. The first room we got had some dirty clothes left in the bathroom, so we called the staff and they changed the room for us. we stayed in many hotels in China, and usually the cleaning staff came everyday to change the towels and refill the toilet paper, etc. this hotel they never came, we had to ask. One day we hung out the cleaning tag outside because we needed more toilet paper, but they didn't come, I WeChat the lobby staff and they replied that the cleaning staff already finished her shift. It made us really frustrated. This hotel has a lack of professionalism. If it were closer to public transit and food options it MIGHT be worth it but, to be honest, I don't recommend it.

The girl at the front desk was not very skilled in the operation and it took a long time.
The environment was OK, and all the facilities were equipped. The disposable items were a bit simple, and the toothbrush was used once. The bedding was quite comfortable.
The room I booked was written as 20-25㎡, but it was actually only 10㎡.

Early check-in is possible, very chill. Accommodation in the city center, next to the Xi'an city wall. Good value for money. Stayed for 2 days, cost about 300 baht per person. There is water, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, and air conditioning. Very warm during winter.
