本來衝著距離步行街近才訂的這家酒店，想着如家是大品牌衞生肯定到位，沒想到衞生這麼差，安排第一個房間剛進房間的時候，洗漱台下麪放的毛巾竟然在地上，這麼明顯的失誤，收拾完都不檢查房間嗎？還是打掃完偷懶不查房呢？本來想着換個房間會好一點的，誰知道第二個房間床上表麪很多毛髮，想着拍掉算了，誰知道掀開被子，床單上也有很多，果斷忍不了啦，打電話給前台，前台小哥就説給我升級房型，升級完的房型也沒多大，出現這種事情首先不是先道歉嗎？連一句抱歉都沒有，真的很失望，下午退房存行李的時候，也沒有行李寄存牌，就那樣讓放大廳，萬一拿錯了呢？前台也沒有説貼個標簽，來了報手機號碼或者姓名取行李，一點也不夠細節，這麼大的酒店，怪不得生意越來不好，看網上説的如家不太行，也沒想到這麼差勁，培訓不到位，衞生也不好👎

説實話很吵，隔音非常非常差，本來以為是21年裝修的設施會好一點，住了三天結果前兩天給我們安排在餐廳旁邊並且沒有告知我們，早上小孩子大喊大叫以及吃飯的盤子聲音此起彼伏，出來旅遊本來就是想好好休息，結果每天定點被吵醒，體驗感很差。跟前台反映過後給換了房間、結果還是一樣，房間內可以非常清晰的聽到外面的聲音，就跟趴在門上對着你説話一樣，如果是為了好好休息的話我不建議住在這家。

辦理入住特別快!三樓阿姨態度炒雞好!我的媽呀，出行的時候都有在禮貌問候，下次來西安玩還定這家，而且離夜市很近，照片的吃的都是在附近買的，那個螺螄粉太好吃了!步行到鐘樓大概七八分鐘吧，很快!推薦推薦

整個酒店的笑容讓人很舒服，出門洗的衣服，回來已經疊的整整齊齊的送房間了，太貼心了！早餐很豐盛，大清早來一杯暖暖的豆漿太舒服了。服務員整理房間也很及時，酒店離地鐵口很近，鐘樓鼓樓溜達着就可以到，很方便，很滿意的一次出現，推薦推薦

酒店設施很完善，有洗衣房可以自助洗衣服，有兩個洗衣機和兩個烘乾機，我晚上七點去二樓洗衣服的時候都沒啥人，很方便。也有早餐可以吃，有西式和麪食，早餐時間是7點到10點，時間也很合適，但我去得晚（9點下去），所以我那會去吃的時候已經沒啥好吃的了，如果想吃早餐的話，最好還是9點前去兩樓吃早餐。
酒店衞生乾淨，各種一次性的東西都很齊全，如果缺了少了可以打電話找前台送，會有機器人送上來，每天都有打掃，浴巾還有一股消毒味，很安心。
酒店環境是在一條宵夜街上，凌晨三點還很熱鬧，對面是個清真奇奇烤肉，如果想吃燒烤的話，也可以去試試，我覺得還挺好吃的。就是宵夜街會堵車，如果要打車的話，最好走一兩分鐘到大馬路口打車更方便。
酒店離地鐵站也近，走路三四分鐘可以到鐘樓地鐵口，點外賣也很方便，附近好吃的店很多，也有本地特色的菜，點外賣後也是機器人會送上門，很方便。
酒店服務熱情，待人有禮貌，我這個訂單是包含暖心好禮的，和前台説了之後也很快的給我了，好禮包含了耳塞和蒸汽眼罩，蒸汽眼罩很好用，酒店的服務很好。
對於旅行到一個城市之後，酒店的服務態度就是城市的一張名片，一開始在酒店受到的待遇會決定着城市的第一印象，而入住這家酒店我覺得感受很不錯，西安下次還來！

房間乾淨整潔，基本配套設施齊全，前台服務熱情，樓夜景燈光很美，看鐘樓全景建議上旁邊的開元樓五樓有觀景平台視野相當的好，還是免費的。近地鐵口出行方便，近小吃街騾馬巷也近在咫尺。

房間整體不錯，窗户偏小，衞生還可以。前台服務員態度很好，下雨天提供了雨傘，需要自己主動前台詢問。每天打掃衞生，提供蒸汽眼罩、耳塞等。機器人服務，前台代收快遞，有餐廳，有洗衣房。訂酒店時備註內容，前台服務員也有留心看，很細心。可以放心訂。樓下週邊有很多好吃的，離地鐵站很近，離鐘樓很近，可步行到鐘樓鼓樓。
