Xi'an Weicheng District Hotels

We arrived at the airport at 12:30 AM, picked up our luggage, contacted the hotel, and were picked up by taxi within 10 minutes. The next day, we took the hotel shuttle to the airport. The front desk even helped us plan our route. The hotel staff enthusiastically carried our luggage to the door, and the driver loaded it for us and then opened the car door. The service was truly five-star. [Excellent] Cleanliness: This is a new hotel, and the facilities are all brand new! The hotel was also very clean and tidy. The room was also spacious. Service: Upon check-in, we were given a welcome fruit, which they said was made from local plums and was delicious. Upon check-out, the front desk lady also gave the children a Shaanxi cuisine fridge magnet. It was a truly worthwhile trip. I had forgotten to buy one in Xi'an, but the hotel actually prepared it for me. It was a truly thoughtful touch, and the value for money was incredible.

I chose to stay at the All Seasons again this time. The hardware and software are very good! The only regret is that the room door is not closed properly. Sometimes the card cannot be plugged in to get the power in time. It takes 2 seconds to wait. There have been 3 automatic power outages. Last month, the driver suggested calling the front desk two stops in advance to save waiting time. But this time, the front desk said that they would call to arrange the driver after the person arrived at the station. I don't know who is right!

We booked the Xingji Hotel, but as expected we stayed at the All Seasons Hotel. The service was very good, warm and polite. We were also informed that we could have breakfast at the farmer's market opposite and there was a fruit seller who gave us a free cup of coffee and a pick-up service from the subway station. There was no problem. People reminded us that this place lacks location and is relatively remote. If we want to order takeout, it’s better to forget about it. It’s too far away.

The hotel experience is very good especially we checked in very late like 3am in in the morning! The hotel provide free shuttle service pick up from airport to hotel. The rooms are clean, the basic amenities are complete, the hotel's layout and facilities are well maintained, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the air conditioning is warm. The hotel service is very nice, and it is a good choice for accommodation near airport. And comes with breakfast too which is great.

We arrived at Xi'an after midnight so decided to rest our night near the Airport Hotel. JJC, is a clean and comfortable hotel for our night rest. The hotel provides free airport pick-up service upon reservation. You need to pick up your luggage at the airport and go to Exit 533 on the departure floor of the terminal. After you arrive, contact the hotel front desk to arrange a car to pick you up. This pickup is great plus to us reaching Xi'an at wee hours and knowing we have a place to rest after the flight.

There is no smell in the room, the hygiene is very clean, and the service attitude is very friendly! But parking is not convenient, there is no parking space, you can hear the Xianyang Central Hospital next to it. The hotel's store news misled me. The hotel did not indicate that it was the central hospital store, so I didn't expect it to be next door to the hospital. Because it was the first time I came to Xianyang, I was not familiar with the city. After I came to the hotel according to the navigation location, I found that the hotel was next to the hospital. It was actually a bit. I'm struggling to check out. So I communicated with the front desk and wanted to see the room first before deciding whether to stay. Uncle Baoan took it upstairs to see the room. The bedding and sanitary conditions were relatively clean, so I decided to stay. I hope that the hotel's store news can be more accurate, because a large proportion of guests will consider the location and environment factors, and if they passively know these factors in the future, they will inevitably be unhappy. The hotel opened in January 2025, and the overall health and service are also better. I hope it will get better and better!
